ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions, which may be updated without reference to you, carefully. By accessing this website and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, please do not access this website, any pages thereof and do not use any of the information and the facilities is not for you.

Any new features that enhance, complement, change or augment the current service, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions.

CONCERNING THE SERVICES

Below is how we operate

The prospective clients are expected to fill-in some data in the Service Estimation.

The data collected will be used to contact the client through his/her email with an email subject "Thank you - Your Website Planning Worksheet Link". This email contains a link to Joit Compubook Website where to plan, set goals and decide what you want your new or re-designed website to perform.

After supplying the information you want your website to perform, then Joit Compubook will send you another email subject "Your Website Contract Agreement Link" with the client Website Planning Worksheet Document attached to the email. This email contains a link to Joit Compubook Website where an Agreement will be made between the Client and Joit Compubook on the Contract Terms of the planning website including the Design Cost and the Project Duration.

After the client has approved the Website Contract Agreement, Joit Compubook will send another email subject "Your Website Upload Link" with the client Website Invoice and Website Contract Agreement Documtent attached to the email. This email contains a link to Joit Compubook Website where the client will upload the Website materials that will be used for the Web design project.

Once the payment is confirmed, another email subject "Your Payment is Confirmed" with the Receipt attached to the email.

Web Design will then follow earnest as agreed and the client will be updated the progress of the Website design through email and phone.

All communication and feedbacks are expected to be through e-mails and/or phones.

Discontinuance

Joit Compubook may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the facilities, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Additionally, you agree that Joit Compubook shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the facilities.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Joit Compubook, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the website, your use of the facilities, your connection to the facilities, your violation of the Terms and Condition, or your violation of any rights of another.

Limitation Of Liability.

In no event will Joit Compubook be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this website or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Joit Compubook, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. Hyperlinks to other internet resources are at your own risk; the content, accuracy, opinions expressed, and other links provided by these resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by Joit Compubook.

Acceptable Conduct.

stalk or otherwise harass another; or

collect or store personal data about other users.

You accept that Joit Compubook does not pre-screen Content, but that Joit Compubook and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
